PartCycle makes it easy to purchase the quality used parts you need using the credit or debit card of your choice. But rarely, transactions are declined. This typically happens for one of two reasons:
- The cost of your order exceeds $500. Depending on your financial institution, high-value purchases are flagged for possible fraud, especially when it's your first time making a purchase on the site. If this may be the case, please contact your financial institution and they can help you resolve the issue and approve high-value purchases. Then you can try making your purchase again on PartCycle.
- If your order does not exceed $500, there may be something wrong with your card or the funds may simply not be available. Contact your financial institution and confirm the issue, then try making your purchase again.
