PartCycle.com requires each Seller to maintain strict quality part and customer service standards. Sometimes Sellers cancel orders simply because a part they pull off their shelf to fulfill an order does not meet our quality standards. It's rare, but it happens. And we apologize for the inconvenience.
How do I get my refund?
When you initially place your order on PartCycle.com, the total order amount is automatically held in your payment account as "pending." Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, the order total is removed from your account. So you're not actually charged until the order has shipped.
If the order has not yet shipped and is cancelled for any reason by you or the Seller, the "pending" order amount is automatically released back into your account. How long this takes depends on your financial institution, but is typically within 1-3 business days after the order has been cancelled.
