We request all PartCycle Sellers fulfill and ship orders within 1 business day after the order is placed. If the order is not fulfilled within 3 business days, it is considered "delinquent." After 7 business days, if the order is still not shipped, it is automatically cancelled and your card is not charged.
What are considered "Business Days"?
Our Sellers are available to fulfill and ship orders Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Any orders placed during this time we request be fulfilled and shipped by the following business day. So this means an order placed on Monday we hope will ship by Tuesday; and an order placed on Wednesday we hope will ship by Thursday.
However, this also means that any orders that come in on Friday have until Monday to ship. So we ask Buyers be mindful of their order date/time, especially if they are paying for expedited shipping.
Please note: While most Sellers are able to fulfill and ship all orders within 1 business day, there are cases when fulfillment takes more time than expected, and the order does not ship for 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
Weekend orders include anything that is placed after 4:00pm EST on Friday through 8:00am EST on Monday. Orders placed during weekend hours will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible, on the next business day.
I Paid for Expedited Shipping & It Still Hasn't Shipped
Expedited shipping time does not allot for fulfillment time. The Seller needs time to fulfill the order, package and ship it—so while you may have paid for overnight shipping, if the Seller needs more time to fulfill the order, it may not ship for 2-3 days after the order is placed. This is rare but it happens.
Contacting Your Seller
We encourage Buyers to reach out to their Seller directly with fulfillment/shipment inquiries, especially if they need a part within a certain timeframe. You can be in contact with your Seller quickly and easily through your PartCycle.com account. Simply:
- Login to your PartCycle.com account: https://www.partcycle.com/login
- In the top right corner under "Your Account" select "Orders"
- Find and select the correct order in this list
- In the orders page, click on the blue button that reads "Message the Supplier"—this message will go directly to the Seller and you can communicate about fulfillment and shipment times, or anything else you would like to know about your part order.
